3.4?It is strictly forbidden to pull the belt by hand when the belt slips to avoid accidents.?

3.5?Flowline motors must be well insulated. Mobile running line cables should not be pulled and dragged around. The motor should be reliably grounded.?

3.6?Turn on the power switch and set the temperature required by the process.?

3.7?When the temperature reaches the set value, start the electromechanical, mobilization drive installation, according to the production necessary to adjust the governor to hold the speed control.

4．Notes:

4.1?Changes in temperature must be noted and adjusted in a timely manner.?

4.2?Check at any time whether the route and electric heaters in the oven are disconnected. If they are disconnected, the power must be shut off immediately for repair.

4.3?The drive chain should be checked at all times for deviation from the track, and the emergency button should be pressed if there is any abnormality.?

4.4?When using the governor knob to adjust the speed, it should be done sluggishly to avoid sudden acceleration.?

4.5?Disjointed materials must not be placed in the assembly line.?
